Greg Maloney

With nearly two decades of experience in the film music industry, Greg Maloney is an accomplished Hollywood composer, engineer, and technical music supervisor. Since graduating from UMass Lowell’s esteemed recording technology program, he has worked with renowned composers like Hans Zimmer and Danny Elfman. Greg cut his teeth on major blockbusters like Pirates of the Caribbean and The Dark Knight while at Remote Control Productions. He later spent almost a decade assisting Danny Elfman on over 30 films and other projects. Now based in Santa Monica, Greg works out of Unity Studios and also directs experience design for mental health startup Heal, developing therapeutic immersive soundscapes.
